Offers 2 Options:
Option 1 – Full Villa Management
Full management of your villa including:
- All bookings
- All advertising
- All staff management
Your cost – 13% of all bookings
- A monthly invoice will be sent to you for payment of staff wages and incidentals.
- A monthly invoice will be sent to you for payment of Indonesian taxes.
Option 2 – Visibility & Platform Support
This package is designed to boost your villa visibility by utilising our platform.
We understand that some villa owners like to take control of their own bookings and staff. This package is based on using LCI as a secondary platform to increase your social media engagement.
- All bookings are to be approved by you, the investor.
- All guest dealings and payments are to be handled by you.
A Monthly invoice will be sent to you for any bookings to be paid from our referral.
- Cost 10% of booking total
